Medea Development Ltd, established in 2012, is contractor party in joint venture with Cola Natural Resources Ghana of the Petroleum Agreement with Ghana relevant to the Offshore East Cape Three Point Block. Since December 2013, Medea Development Ltd is the Operator of the ECTP Block.

(FTL ) is a subsidiary of Clearinvest Holding, incorporated under the law of the Democratic Republic of Congo with the objective to implement, in joint venture with State Company Sonahydroc, several infrastructures in the fuels downstream sector of the DRC, such as the Kasumbalesa – Lubumbashi pipeline and storages system, the Muanda – Matadi pipeline, the Country strategic storages, etc.
Tamasa Energy Group is a South African Company participated by Medea Development SA that has been setup to develop a LNG regasification terminal (up to 10 Bcm per year) in Coega (Eastern Cape Province) and a natural gas transportation system (1150 km), which is designed to connect East London to Saldanha (Western Cape Province).
